It's a delicious way to break free from guilt! Should I store your chocolate in the fridge? Chocolate is best stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigerating chocolate can cause it to sweat and absorb other flavours from the fridge, which can alter its taste. However, if you live in a very hot climate, storing chocolate in the refrigerator can help prevent it from melting. We recommend storing our chocolate in a cool, dark cupboard or pantry between 16-20C. If you need to store it in the fridge, make sure it's well wrapped to prevent moisture or odours from getting in. Each of our chocolate is an artful masterpiece, crafted from start to finish with the utmost care and attention to detail. Freeze Dried Fruit Powder Fresh fruits being picked when perfectly ripened and then dehydrated using the freeze-dried technique. This method keeps the nutritional value practically unchanged, so these products do not need any artificial colouring, food enhancers or preservatives. By preserving their natural flavor, color, and nutrients they are a healthy and convenient option for snacking or baking. Organic Cacao Butter Our cacao butter is 100% raw, pure, nothing added or taken away. It has not been refined so retains it's wonderful chocolatey aroma. It is extracted from Peruvian cacao beans which is grown sustainably amongst trees or shrubs, using the Agroforestry land management system. This method has much less environmental impact than the fertiliser-heavy plantations.
