At Choco Doodle Doo we believe that quality ingredients are the cornerstone of exceptional chocolate, so we take our ingredients seriously. We source only the highest quality natural ingredients, and we never use artificial preservatives or fillers to cut corners. We create each chocolate by hand, with care and attention to detail, and we know that the perfect combination of ingredients is essential for creating that perfect flavour. Each of our chocolate is an artful masterpiece, crafted from start to finish with the utmost care and attention to detail. Freeze Dried Fruit Powder Fresh fruits being picked when perfectly ripened and then dehydrated using the freeze-dried technique. This method keeps the nutritional value practically unchanged, so these products do not need any artificial colouring, food enhancers or preservatives. By preserving their natural flavor, color, and nutrients they are a healthy and convenient option for snacking or baking. Organic Cacao Butter Our cacao butter is 100% raw, pure, nothing added or taken away. It has not been refined so retains it's wonderful chocolatey aroma. It is extracted from Peruvian cacao beans which is grown sustainably amongst trees or shrubs, using the Agroforestry land management system. This method has much less environmental impact than the fertiliser-heavy plantations. Organic Cacao Beans Organic raw cacao beans are a high functioning superfood; packed full of nutrients and antioxidants. We use 100% pure cacao, Nothing added or taken away. No additives or preservatives. No nasties. Origins: Peru and Madagascar. They are ethically and sustainably sourced. Organic Coconut Blossom Sugar Coconut sugar is an excellent replacement for refined white sugar. It has similar flavour to brown sugar, with hints of caramel. And it has low Glycemic index. Our coconut sugar is 100% pure, unrefined and is made from the nectar of the blossom that grows on the coconut palm tree. Produced in Indonesia. It is an important product for local communities, providing much-needed income. Organic Coconut Milk Powder 100% pure coconut milk powder. Nothing added, nothing taken away. No additives or preservatives. No nasties. A creamy and versatile ingredient made from dehydrated coconut milk, it's often used as a dairy-free alternative in baking and cooking. Our products do not contain the following allergens: Gluten Animal products (dairy, eggs, fish, Crustaceans, Molluscs) Soy Celery Mustard Sulphur dioxide/sulphites Lupin However, our products do contain nuts ! we carry out a full risk assessment of our suppliers and we work with our supply chain to minimise the risk of these allergens entering our ingredients. We also continually review our allergen labelling to always make sure it's giving you a clear picture of what’s inside your chocolate. Whilst we do not yet test our final products for allergens , We are working towards getting them certified, to demonstrate our commitment to food safety and quality control. At the bottom of the pages you can always find our current Certifications. Look out for updates! Important to note : While lots of products show "vegan" on their labels unfortunately this does not guarantee that it will be free from non-vegan allergens like dairy or egg. This is why often the "may contain..." allergen statement is also added to food labels. We understand that many customers have specific dietary needs or allergies, and we are committed to transparency in all aspects of our products. For this reason we go the extra mile to ensure that our products are not only vegan, but also free of allergens like dairy and egg. We do not have any "may contain" statements on our products because we make sure that the ingredients we use, as well as our production and handling processes, are entirely free of these allergens.
